Add task groups

How to add tasks between existing task groups?


With this new feature, while creating a template, it is possible to add new task groups between already existent ones. This can be done by clicking in a new "create groups" button that appears between the groups already created when the arrow hovers between them.


This new functionality can be found in release note version: 0.47.00.


1. On "Manage Group" Options

Move the mouse between two groups and will appear an "Add Group" button. 

Then click on it, and a new group will be added.


2. On Groups Tree

It is also possible to perform this action on groups tree. Move the mouse between two groups on the group tree and will appear an "Add Group" button between them.

By clicking on "Add group button", it will appear a new group in the middle of the two already existent groups on tree.


Collapse and Expand Groups

You can easily collapse a certain group or even all groups that you are working on. To do this, simply click on the three dots.

Then, select the option you want. In this case, we going to collapse just one of the groups.

The group will be collapsed and only the title of that group will remain in a vertical bar to save space and make it easier when working with many groups. 


Drag and Drop a Group

You can easily organize your groups by simply dragging and dropping the group where you want it to be.

To do this, simply press the six-dot icon and drag the group window to the correct place.

This way when you are working with many groups at the same time, you can organize your task groups rapidly.
