File Transfer

GlarAssist File Transfer allows the assistants to send files during the live visual remote assistance session, to improve the guidance he/she is providing to the assisted person. The participant can sen any type of diles (e.g., PDF, Images, short videos or Word documents)

To send files, click in the folder icon on the right hand of the screen. A text box saying "attach file" will appear. Click in "upload", select the file, click again in "upload" and your file will be sent.
