Contact List


The contact list allows you to maintain a continuous cycle with co-workers and customers, giving you the opportunity to be there when they need help. This proximity created by the contact list facilitates rapid interaction, reducing reaction time and making your business grow more.


To get access to the contact list in GlarAssist, after logging in, in the main menu on the left, scroll down and click on the contact icon.

The Contact list feature enables any user to create internal lists as a user or as an organization. This list can be easily accessed to speed up communication.

In the contact list tab, you can add contacts to your list by clicking on the purple button "Add Contact" in the upper right corner of your screen. Under the add contact button, you will have to option to make the search for a contact easier:


  • Filter: Search contacts according to specific rules (eg, external, internal)
  • Search: Through the search icon, you can also enter the name of the desired contacts for quick localization of the desired contacts.


When you are in the contact list, in the session tab, the call icons that are in blue color mean that the contacts are currently available, and the contacts in blue are not available.
