Register an Account

I want to register an account on the web platform

1. Access GlarAssist web platform at: glarassist.com, and click on the link "Create one" to create your new account.

2. Insert your email address and password.

3. You will receive an email from GlarAssist in your inbox. Access your email inbox to confirm your email by clicking "Verify my email address".

4. Your account is now created and you can create your Visual Remote Assistance session.


I want to register an account on the mobile app

1. Access your GlarAssist app on your mobile phone and select "Create one".

2. Insert your email address and password.

3. You will receive an email from GlarAssist in your inbox. Access your email inbox to confirm your email by clicking "Verify my email address".

4. Your account has just been created. You can now start your Visual Remote Assistance journey.



Creating an Organization

The Organization enables to manage users, centralize data from all the users' sessions and access group policies to enable a more secure product usage.


Invite users to the Organization


Your collegues and team members can be added to your organization in your backoffice. 


1. Access your backoffice on glarassist.com

2. Select the settings tool

3. Choose "Organization" from the tool bar

4. Select "Invite users" in the top right corner of the screen.



Types of users


There are two types of users in GlarAssist Organizations: Admin User and Regular User
