Log in on Glartek's platform

The user can choose between two different ways of logging in. These are:

1. Manual login: This login is performed by registering the email or username, and respective password
2. Log in via SSO: Centralized enterprise authentication.

Both methods are valid. However, in order to take advantage of the SSO login option, the company must have enabled this option, and the user must first be registered as a member of the company.

After entering your credentials, the platform homepage will be displayed with your profile already created.

The log in on the mobile application is similar to the one on the web platform. To do this, the user must access the application previously installed on their mobile device (Android or iOS).

After this step, you will be invited to log in by choosing one of the following options:

1. Manual login: Where you must manually enter your access credentials, or

2. SSO login: This option must have been previously configured by the organisation's administrators on the platform.

In the same way as in the web version, once the login has been made, and regardless of its form, you will be redirected to the application's home page.
