- 2D annotations in the mobile browser: It is now possible to create 2D annotations when the assisted user is on the mobile browser (without installing the application). This way, both users ( assisted and assistant) are able to create 2D annotations such as arrows, lines, and text boxes, during the session. Find out more about 2D annotations here.
